Paul has an extensive background in critical care and operating theatre within the NHS and 30 years of UK/EAME commercial industry experience. He's held Sales, Marketing Director and General Manager positions in large organisations and SME's in the Critical Care, OR, ICT, FMCG and Supply Chain sectors. Paul has helped businesses achieve maiden profit, become market-leaders and created new products generating millions of dollars A Genos certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner and Member of The Institute of Leadership & Management.

Helen has held senior operational and training roles in the recruitment industry and brings a clear understanding of the need to balance our clients commercial realities and results with workforce development. Lisa is a Chartered Psychologist and Psychotherapist and supports business leaders to create a workplace culture where employees are engaged and can excel. She was awarded Psychologist of the Year, Oxfordshire, by GHP Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Awards in 2018.

HR Director
Duncan is an executive HR Leader with over 24 years experience across a range of sectors, including healthcare. Duncan has worked with a number of luxury automotive brands at Sytner Group before assuming a board position and leading HR operations for Porsche GB. Duncan addresses all HR matters and specialises in company restructuring to maximise business performance.

Clinical Advisor
Heather is a practicing clinician with Paediatric ICU specialisation. Heather also has 12 years commercial experience holding clinical training and education roles with Acquilant, BD and Vygon covering ventilation, cannulation, respiratory and CVC products. Heather advises our clients on products, training strategies and formulating accredited educational programmes.
Suman Shrestha. MS, Critical Care
Executive Clinical Advisor
Suman holds a Master of Science in Critical Care and is a practicing Consultant Nurse and Advanced Critical Care Practitioner. Suman is also an Executive Board Member for the Centre for Perioperative Care and is the Royal College of Nursing's Professional Lead for Acute, Emergency and Critical Care.
